that's the most true statement that i've ever heard..

i slept like 12 hours yesterday.. from 9pm to 9am.. which means that i missed liverpool's 1-0 win over blackburn..

the pool competition was kind of sucky.. lost both games in the double elimination.. to think that i played so well in both games and then went off placing in the last ball for ALL GAMES! in the last game.. i even managed to break a 5-ball cluster by continuously playing safety shots but my placing on the 13 ball was totally off.. left the ball at the pocket and got snooked.. then lost.. =(

during those 12 hours.. i again had this wierd dream.. ( i seem to remember all my wierdest dreams ) i was this super rich guy and i had this stupid assistant following me around.. then i was supposed to have my wedding.. can't really remember what i did for the preperations but i remember that i lived in a super big house.. then i walked throught many buildings that were somehow connected and even pass a concert involving some superstar singer.. =x and then when i reached the intended destination.. people were saying that i was good enough for the bride and stuff.. =( after which i woke up because the air-con was darn cold.. it was 4am and i went for a cup of milk.. and saw my bro studying in his room.. ( siao.. i didn't do that much for my O's ).. after that i just went back to ZZZ

anyway.. this is dedicated to those who are having their O level in 3 weeks time

THE STUDENT'S PRAYER
Lord, grant me the right attitude towards my examinations,that even when I study, I want to glorify your name.
Give me the strength that I may press on,perseverance that I may study effectively.
Help me to be single-minded when I study,remove all other thoughts, distractions and anxieties,give me the power to concentrate, the ability to understand and remember.
Show me the way to study intelligently,to know what is important and what is not.
Provide me; Lord, with quality time in my studies,remove all tensions and fears within me.
Fill with me thy confidence,teach me to draw strength from You each day.
Let me trust You in such times.
In the examination hall, be with me, Lord.
Grant me the clarity and sharpness of thoughts.
Let me not get distracted by things around me.
Give me concentration and calmness, Lord.
Help me to gather my thoughts of what I'd learnt,grant me the discipline to space out time equally on all questions.
Most of all help me to complete the questions on time.
Despite examinations, Lord, continue to grant me quality time with You; let me not neglect You.
Give me a balanced diet between my studies and my service for You.
I just want to commit the whole examination into Your hands,knowing that You are a God who cares and answers prayers.
