woke up in the morning.. MUSCLES STRAINED LIKE HELL! god.. badminton for 2 hours really trains one dam dam dam well.. my thighs were the worst hit.. but still went to cck gym.. weights for an hour and attempted to complete 2.4 in the afternoon sun.. 12am! couldn't! 3 rounds and died..

xiao guo mian and then pooling again at timah.. then he came over to my place to watch liverpool beat everton 3-1! gerrard got sent off after just 18 minutes.. but liverpool showed why they are the defending european champions by putting on a sensational display.. alonso was world-class.. and carragher was ever so reliable at the back.. =)

now ben's at his friend's house and we're waiting for the arsenal match at 1:10am.. =) more money!!! i won $57 already! =)
