to lose weight.. output must be more than input
what i had for night jaunt:
1) Bongo Burger
2) Stingray
3) Satay
4) 3 cups of sugar cane
5) lot of xiao long bao
6) tau hui
7)lots and lots of eye candy
amazingly.. i managed to lose 1.4 kg!
maybe because of that.. felt kind of overconfident.. lost all my dieting plans..
today:
10:30am-- Malay food
3pm-- Western food
5:30pm-- Burger King
shoot.. burger king-ded with gs, you renn and mc.. they wanted to study after eating so i went shopping on my own..
wait.. i'm off topic.. at the rate i ate today.. no choice.. gotta "punish myself" like what matt always says.. =)
what i did just now:
1) weights for an hour.. ( sibei suan )
2) climbed up and down the stairs 3 rounds ( the worst of the lot )
3) ran 4.8km.. -_- ( plus the 1.2 for pe today.. =6km! )
never have i punished myself ever since i could start running.. to think of it.. i'm really proud of myself.. cause after i tore my ligament.. i couldn't even jog for shit for 7 months.. and i remembered before i went for my MRI scan.. i was 95kg!!!!!! OMG.. that's why i'm so proud of myself for losing so much weight.. GOOD ON YOU HENDRIE!
how i wish i didn't tear my ligament at all.. tearing one ligament = gaining 15kg.. and bloody hell now i hafta take my height and weight every week.. BLOODY HELL.. i was probably at the peak of my basketball career.. ( maybe career is a wrong word but what the heck ).. i seriously miss jumping.. pulling the basketball for fun.. =(
oh well.. maybe it was a blessing in disguise..
