
that's me being the referee of Northvale-NUS high
feeling so tired now.. pe sucked.. other than watching pei ling run.. =) i lost 0.8kg from monday! that make's a total loss of 8.5kg from the time i tore my ligament to febuary this year..
i dun want to 'action'.. but this is my formula to losing weight:
1. Accept the fact that you're fat.. bloody hell.. i was 95kg a the start of the year.. a 15kg increase from the time i tore my ligament and couldn't do anything.. so.. being a sporty person that i am.. decided that i BADLY needed to lose weight.. it's always difficult to get start.. but every little small activity helps..
2. Believe--> Action--> Results--> Believe.. Have the belief that you'll lose weight.. it'll reflect in your actions.. you'll decide to exercise more.. =) and when the results show.. you'll have the extra belief and it'll go in a cycle.. =)
3. Know where you gotta lose.. my routine consists of weights.. running and climbing stairs.. no power lifting.. it'll just cause you to gain more weight.. run slowly.. minna koh told me that running 20 minutes continuously will only lose all the weight from your previous meal and whatever you do onwards will determine what you lose..
