gyming session again at cck gym.. not bad.. very satisfied with my body now.. =)

then pooling session was nice.. won all except when ben was super on form.. -_-

went to eat ice-cream at serene's centre with mc, you renn, gs and ben.. the tiger beer ice-cream! =))) i miss it!!! ahhhhhh!
long zi wasn't there.. but i'll be meeting her tmr.. <3!!!
