long zi: YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dearest long zi is so darn cute! EARLY CHILDHOOD! I MISS! -_-

hehe.. played gunbound with biwen till like 5am.. =) stupid brokeback ps-ed us at 3am for world cup.. -_-

slept at like 6 and then that stupid alarm didn't even give me 5 seconds of peace.. -_- and when i finally dragged myself out of bed to turn off that stupid alarm.. jessica's wake-up call didn't even give me a chance to go back to dreamland.. -_-

initially intended to run at the track at cck.. dammit.. too many fit track-and-field people there.. UGH! then went to my place's gym... showed jessica some routine weight lifting for maximum weight loss.. which is to use light weights but many reps.. wanted to run for 40 minutes.. until some fit-girl-who-ran-at-speed-9.2 gave up and walked for like 15 minutes while sms-ing on the treadmill.. then kept pushing me to leave after 30 minutes.. -_- nvm.. really sweated a lot! =) but i still feel fat.. -_-

WOAH! i never knew that almeric had 6 packs! he was like swimming and then sat at the ledge of the pool with his bloody stupid 6 packs! UGH.. no!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SERVICE WAS TOTALLY GREAT!!!! =) OMG! this was one that got me really excited and jumping around! =) some guest speaker from new zealand! and he's joining us next saturday!!!!!!!!!!! *gleams*

i won't go into further details what made me happy as usual today.. =) these past two weeks have been the greatest time in this year! =) seriously.. who gives a shit about mid-years!!!
