after watching a number of korean dramas.. i've come to certain conclusions:


1) there's always a shuai guy
2) the shuai guy will have two choices.. one chio girl and one not-so-chio girl..
3) he'll choose the no-so-chio one
4) his first love is always the more chio one
5) but by some circumstances, he's forced to be with the not-so-chio one and then falls in love with her
6) the guy never smiles
7)the guy is always someone rich or of higher status while the girl is a normal commoner
8)the girl always falls in love with the guy first

anyway.. has anyone noticed that the rain has stopped ever since rain came down to singapore? LOL

army's coming in 2 days! crap! together in the same platoon with DEAN and MOJO! and other PJC people whom i dunno..

liverpool vs chelsea..
watched it at ryan's place last night.. with dom and shou chen.. =)

chelsea had to do with a make shift defensive pair with essien and ferreira because terry and carvalho were out with injury and a temperature respectively..
that completely worked to the advantage for liverpool as they attacked that pair and scored 2 early goals from kuyt and pennant..

actually.. i dun think liverpool should be really proud of winning this game.. with chelsea having so many players out..
gone from their starting line-up were
terry, carvalho, makelele
how on earth can a team play well defensively when their core center backs and defensive midfielder are all out? it's like liverpool losing hypia, carragher, agger, sissoko and alonso!

however.. the great thing is that liverpool managed to defend chelsea's attacks with EASE! drogba, ballack, lampard, wright-phillips, robben were all no threat to the liverpool defence.. =)

well done guys! that's only 5 points behind chelsea! bolton lost, portsmouth lost! so.. let's all cheer for man u to win!!!

it's always good to be back home! korea was kind of fun! =)
i dun think it'll be a very good idea to just describe what i did exactly.. so i'll just be brief

-korea is darn cold during winter!
the temperature hit something like -15 degrees! holy crap! most of the time.. the temperature in the day fluctuates around 0 degrees.. but when night comes.. the wind freezes you man! freak!

-koreans have very simple eating habits
yup.. they can even make do with rice and kimchi for their meals! kimchi seems to be their life.. almost every household produce their own kimchi..

-koreans are mad!
yes they are! many of us were already dying in the cold and struggling to keep ourselves warm and yet.. THE KOREANS WERE MAINLY EATING ICE-CREAM! OMG! they actually eat ice-cream during winter! which just shows how warm it is in singapore la! no wonder when the korean players came to singapore.. they had to put ice-packs on their head

-korea's cost of living is so darn high
this is without a doubt.. the most expensive thing you'll find in korea is their food! some food can cost as high as the clothes they wear! -_-
a simple plate of fried rice for $16 anyone?
but.. the cost is very much worth it! the food there is amazingly great! much better than singapore's la!

-korean people are very polite
yes yes yes! i like it so much! strangers greet and bow to each other when they meet on streets.. the shop-keepers are the most impressive! now i understand why singapore desperately needs to improve on it's services sector! the people there are polite and speak in a very refined manner! one reason could be because of their language.. =)
which maybe requires them to speak nicely.. =)

-the people
basically.. the men there are good-looking i must say.. many are very trendy!
the women? according to matthew.. almost 70% of korean women go for plastic surgery.. woah! but from my experience.. i do believe that they do go.. but not that many! i would say only 50% la.. hehe.. but.. there are so many pretty women in korea! no matter whether they are 20 or 30 or 40.. they are all very pretty! but on a closer look.. many put on tons of make-up.. -_-
so it's not very surprising..
according to the tour guide.. koreans on average spend one-third of their income on stuff like cosmetics and clothes.. WA! that's like mad la! it's all because they take lots of pride in their apperance.. but it's very much worth it! 90% of them are pretty! =)

yup.. i had lots of fun! great time spent there! wheeeeee! will try to post some pics next time.. darn tired now.. got rest

why izzit that some people in this world worry about getting fat by eating too much while in other parts of the world, others are worried when they can eat again.. =(

life is dam sian right now.. there's like nothing to look forward to other then army coming up..
