after spending effectively the whole morning watching EPL highlights.. i'm proud to say that this has been a great season.. congrats man u.. deserved champs.. more importantly.. i managed to catch the best goals this season.. especially van persie's strike against charlton.. essien's last min goal against arsenal.. crouch's sissors kick against bolton! haha! all of them are simply beautiful! =)

met charles, jq and ben at jurong point to watch pirates.. not bad i say the movie.. much nicer to meet those guys..

seriously wept when i saw the spirit the liverpool fans had.. is it all counted as devotion? or rather blind devotion? i mean.. why would these liverpool fans give out all their heart to cheer their team on? that's one question i'll never know.. but i do know i've supported liverpool ever since 1995 because i loved their style of play.. and i'll never change my support and love for the club.. =)

i meant to leave my 500th post to liverpool's champion's league finals win.. oh well.. liverpool lost.. and i'm really sad.. not that i'm jealous of AC.. just that i kind of agree with the commentator.. "the better team lost again"
refering to liverpool winning in 2005.. haha.. it's kind of true.. liverpool dominated the match and went down to a really LUCKY goal by inzaghi after he bumped into the ball from a pirlo free-kick.. another season without a trophy for liverpool.. =(

but what was the most disappointing from the finals was not the match and the players.. but for the 2nd year running.. poor refeering! i couldn't keep count the number of bad calls he made.. remember what thierry henry said last year about the referee? i mean.. how could such a poor ref officiate such a game of high quality? absolutely disgraceful i say..

alright.. there's no point in saying so much.. really.. congrats to AC Milan.. hope your players dun go into old folks home too soon

anyway.. the badminton tournament didnt really go too well for AVTW.. Edwin and I played against danver and wei hong in the first doubles.. we lost like 21-11 in the first set but rallied on to win 21-18, 21-19 in the last 2 sets.. sadly.. only zhong min managed to win the 2nd singles and we lost the rest of the other matches.. =(
oh well.. all the trainings for nothing.. but i'll admit that i enjoy badminton so much! although i'm not gonna play it competitively la..

nearly fell off my seat when my dad sms-ed me the good news! hehe!!! finally! like after 19 years of my life.. i've gone to a my dream school!!!!!!!!!! ^^

however.... i still dunno whether i should go there.. cause i'm not certain that the place is most suited to my style of learning.. oh well.. i'm kind of gonna look at my options.. thinking of asking some people who know the systems in the different U.. so i'll know which school will be able to bring the best out of me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

two soccer matches made my day yesterday!!!

firstly.. at 2am.. LIVERPOOL BEAT CHELSEA TO MARCH ON TO THE CHAMPION'S LEAGUE FINAL AGAINST AC MILAN!!! the whole team had such a good game.. especially zenden.. it was strange that i went "oh my god! sure lose la! he play..." when i saw the starting line up.. haha.. that happened when i saw biscan exactly 2 years ago in the same fixture! thanks to reina's heroics and carragher's great defending!!! ^^

seriously.. i hope to see this team in the finals

haha.. then after i played for OETI against 12AMB!!! hehe.. initially had to play in defensive midfield position.. wtf.. we were like playing against a team that had played together for a long time plus used to competitions.. so we were expecting to lose 10-0! hehe.. by half-time.. it was already 5-0 la.. =(
then we made a re-shuffle and i went to the striker's role.. then i scored with a header from Francis's cross from the right!!! the feeling rocked man!!! ^^
then i earned a penalty for the team as i tricked my way past the defender after a throw-in from the left flank.. but warren Woo missed the penalty.. =(
in the end? we only lost 5-1!!!! HOORAY~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
